सीखने की प्रक्रिया कैसे सीखें ?

सीखना एक  स्वाभाविक प्रक्रिया है । हम सब जानते हैं कि जब मानव मस्तिष्क शून्यनिवेश विचार रहित रहता है तभी वह कुछ ज्ञान अर्जन करने की कल्पना कर सकता है। या कहें कि मानव अपने मन को एकांत और शांत चित्त विचार के द्वारा ही कुछ अपने मन में नए विचार उत्पन्न कर सकता है।  नए विचार जब उत्पन्न होते हैं तो उनसे एक सारगर्भित विचार जो निकल कर आता है उस पूरी क्रिया को ही सीखने की प्रक्रिया के दौरान अपनाई जाने वाली क्रिया कहते हैं। तथा उस क्रिया के दौरान जो निष्कर्ष अपने मस्तिष्क में विरासत के रूप में रहता है वही सीखना कहलाता है।

जहां तक मैं समझता हूं सीखना अपने जीवन का एक अभिन्न अंग है हम जहां पर हैं वहीं पर हर समय हर जगह कुछ न कुछ सीखते रहते हैं। मैं बात कर रहा हूं बच्चों के सीखने की बच्चा जब से आंखें खोलकर अपने परिदृश्य को देखता है वहीं से सीखना आरंभ कर देता है यानी सीखने की पहली सीढ़ी शुरू होती है ।मनोविज्ञान के विषय के रूप में देखें तो सीखने को लर्निंग या अधिगम कहा जाता है।

घर पर सीखना :- हम बच्चों को सीखने के लिए विद्यालय भेजते हैं जब बालक विद्यालय से घर पर आता है तो वह अपने साथ का एक अनुभव लेकरआता है । घर पर आने के पश्चात जो उसकी गुरुजनों के द्वारा सिखाया गया है उसको सीखता है कोशिश करता है । तथा माता-पिता के सहयोग से अपने काम को परिपूर्ण रूप से पूरा करता है तथा माता-पिता की कोशिश रहती है कि जो विद्यालय में पढ़ाया गया है जो आचरण जो विचार जो अनुशासन तथा जो स्वालंबन की सीख विधालय द्वारा प्रदान की गई है उसको बालक घर पर आकर पूर्ण रूप से सीखे बालक अपने साथ एक अनुभवों का पुंज अपने मन और मस्तिष्क में बिठाकर रखता है तथा उन विचारों के  पुंज को उचित समय को दर्शाते हुए उचित समय पाकर सीखने की प्रक्रिया को पूरा करता है।  

बालक एक सहज प्रवृत्ति से सीखता है तथा जब वो खेल खेलता है अपने साथियों के माध्यम से नए नए नियम बनाना ।उनको लागू करना। तथा उनकी कड़ी पालना करता है । तथा इन चीजों के माध्यम से ही उसके मन में अनेक नए विचार अनुशासन की सीख  तथा स्वालंबन का निर्माण होता है। जहां पर वह रहता है समाज के आसपास की परिवेश आसपास के वातावरण सेवकुछ सीखने को लालायित रहता है तथा हुआ अपने आप में अपने मन में जो उस सामाजिक परिवेश में जिस प्रकार की संस्कृति विद्वान रहती है उसी संस्कृति के अनुरूप धरना की कोशिश करता है ।उसी प्रकार का अनुशासन उसको गिरे रहता है। आपके माता पिता के अनुशासन तथा उनकी आदत है उनका व्यवहार अपने बड़ों का आदर बड़ों का सम्मान अपनी छोटों को प्यार की सभी बातें उस समाज तथा उस परिवेश सीखने को मिलती है।

विद्यालय में सीखना
कोई व्यक्ति या बालक जब सीखने की कोशिश करता है तो उसको यह परवाह नहीं करनी चाहिए कि यह मेरे लिए सही समय नहीं है। सीखने के लिए पूरे जीवन भर सीखता ही रहता है कुछ नया सीखना है।  नया जानने की कोशिश करता है। तथा सीखे हुए ज्ञान को बढ़ाने के लिए जीवन के विभिन्न समया अवसरों पर सीखने की कोशिश करता है।विद्यालय सीखने का एक ऐसा  स्थान है जहां पर बालकों की बुद्धि का संवर्धन किया जाता है तथा सीखा हुआ जो ज्ञान है उसको बढ़ाने में सहायता मिलती है।
मैं एक प्राथमिक विद्यालय में शिक्षक के पद पर कार्यरत हूं।  तथा मेरे विद्यालय में जो भी बच्चे आते हैं प्राथमिक स्तर के उनको सिखाना मेरी प्राथमिकता है।  सिखाने के लिए सबसे पहले बालक को तैयार करना होता है । जब आप उस बालक को यह समझ पाते हैं कि यह बालक सीखने के लिए तत्पर है या नहीं है ? तभी वह कुछ सीख पाएगा । अब आपको यह भी जानना होगा कि बालक को तत्पर कैसे किया जाए ।

क्योंकि विद्यालय का वातावरण एक सीमित परिवेश में रहता है। तथा उसका दायरा बहुत ही छोटा है तो बालक कक्षा के वातावरण पर निर्भर तथा अध्यापक की कार्यशैली और अध्यापक ने उसको किस प्रकार की शैली सिखाई है। तथा सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात यह होती है कि उसकी भाषा का प्रभाव यानी उसकी जो भाषाई कौशल है वे कहां तक विकसित है ? कहां तक नहीं है? उसकी मातृभाषा क्या रही है? एक अध्यापक को बालक को सिखाने के लिए उसकी मातृभाषा को जाना बहुत जरूरी है! वह किस माध्यम से आ रहा है? उसकी मातृभाषा क्या है ? मातृभाषा को आधार बनाकर बालक को आगे बढ़ाया जा सकता है। उस भाषा के प्रभाव के रूप बालक अगले चरण में प्रस्तावित भाषा को ग्रहण करता है । या मैं यूं कह सकता हूं कि बालक की  जो मातृभाषा होती है उसी को आधार बनाकर हम को किसी भी प्रकार के सांचे में ढाल सकते हैं।




सीखने को प्रभावित करने वाले तत्व:- 

सीखने को प्रभावित करने वाले कारक बहुत सारे हो सकते हैं। बालक को सीखने के प्रभावित करने वाले कारकों के रूप में यह देखना है कि  बालक किन परिस्थितियों मैं सीखने की कोशिश करता है और किन परिस्थितियों में सीखने की कोशिश नहीं करता है। पहले पारिस्थितिकी रूप से उसके स्वास्थ्य पर निर्भर करता है अगर बालक का  स्वास्थ्य भी अच्छा है तो सीखने में अपनी रुचि और सीखने के लिए तत्पर रहता है।
बालक को सीखने के लिए जागृत अवस्था में बना बहुत जरूरी है। यानी शिक्षक के द्वारा हर कही हुई बात का उसको जानना और समझने की आवश्यकता सीखने के लिए एक सुनने वातावरण का उत्पन्न किया जाना अति आवश्यक हो जाता है। वह आपसे सुनने वाली हर बात और सारी अन्य गतिविधियों को छोड़कर सिर्फ जो सिखाया जा रहा है उसी पर ध्यान देना चाहिए। और एक सकारात्मक परिवेश की उत्पति एक शिक्षक के द्वारा अति महत्व रखती है।  उसको किस तरह से कक्षा के वातावरण को सकारात्मक दृष्टिकोण से सुसज्जित करना चाहिए तथा सिखलाने के सारे उपकर्मो में बालकों की कल्पना को विकसित करना और सिखाने में कल्पना महत्व रखती  है। कल्पना के माध्यम से हर एक चीज को जोड़कर सिखाया जा सकता है।तथा अपने जीवन में घटित घटनाओं के बारे में अवगत कराना उनके जीवन में होने वाली घटनाओं को सिखाने से संबंधित घटना के साथ साझा कर बालको को सिखाने में अति सहायता मिलती है।

Learning is a natural process.  We all know that when the human mind is devoid of thought, only then can it imagine to acquire some knowledge.  Or to say that a person can generate new thoughts in his mind only by keeping his mind alone and calm.  When new ideas are generated, a pithy idea that comes out of them is the whole action that is adopted during the learning process.  And during that action, the conclusion which remains in his mind as inheritance is called learning.

 As far as I understand, learning is an integral part of our life, where we are at the same time, we keep learning something everywhere at all times.  I am talking about children's learning, when the child opens his eyes and sees his scenario, he starts learning from there, that is, the first ladder of learning starts. As a subject of psychology, learning is called learning or learning.  is.


 Learning at home: - We send children to school to learn. When the child comes home from school, he brings an experience with him.  After coming home he learns what has been taught by his gurus.  And with the support of parents, they complete their work completely and it is the effort of the parents that the children who have been taught in school, the conduct, the thoughts, the discipline and the learning of self-reliance provided by the school  On coming home, the fully learned child keeps a pool of experiences with him in his mind and mind and after getting the appropriate time to reflect the time of those thoughts,  Completes the process.

 The child learns from a natural instinct and makes new rules through his peers when he plays the game. Implementing them.  And maintains their link.  And it is through these things that many new ideas are learned in his mind and discipline is built.  The environment around the society where he lives is eager to learn something from the surrounding environment and it tries to pick up in its own mind the same culture as the culture scholar who lives in that social environment.  The type of discipline falls on him.  Your parents have discipline and their habits, their behavior, respect for their elders, respect for elders, their little ones get to learn all the things of love in that society and that environment.







 Learning in school

 When a person or a child tries to learn, he should not care that this is not the right time for me.  For learning, it keeps on learning throughout its life, to learn something new.  Tries to learn new.  And tries to enhance the knowledge learned at different time of life opportunities. The college is a place of learning where the intelligence of the children is promoted and the knowledge that is learned helps to enhance it.

 I am working as a teacher in an elementary school.  And it is my priority to teach the primary level children who come to my school.  The child has to be prepared first to teach.  When you can understand that child whether this child is ready to learn or not?  Only then will he be able to learn something.  Now you also have to know how to prepare the child.


 Because the school environment is in a limited environment.  And its scope is very small, the child depends on the classroom environment and the teacher's style of work and what kind of style the teacher has taught him.  And the most important thing is that the effect of his language i.e. his linguistic skills, how far are they developed?  How far is it?  What is her mother tongue?  It is very important for a teacher to go to his mother tongue to teach a child!  What is he coming through?  What is his mother tongue?  The child can be carried forward by making the mother tongue base.  As an influence of that language, the child accepts the proposed language in the next stage.  Or I can just say that we can mold the child in any kind of mold by making it the mother tongue of the child.





 Elements that affect learning: -


 There can be a lot of factors affecting learning.  The factors that affect the child's learning are to look at the circumstances in which the child tries to learn and under what circumstances.  First, depending on his health ecologically, if the health of the child is also good, then he is interested in learning and is ready to learn.

 It is very important for the child to be made in the awakened state to learn.  That is, the need to know and understand everything said by the teacher, to create a listening environment is very important for learning.  Except what he hears from you and all other activities, he should pay attention only to what is being taught.  And the creation of a positive environment is very important by a teacher.  How should he equip the classroom environment with positive attitude and imagination is important in developing and teaching children's imagination in all the teaching programs.  Through imagination, everything can be taught by connecting. And making aware about the happenings in their life, it is very helpful to teach the children by sharing with them the incident related to teaching the happenings in their life.
